Writing Guideline
As part of Gojek's broader accessibility initiative, I was part of the writing team that developed inclusive writing guidelines to ensure our products serve all users equitably. Starting from the ground up, I created guidelines covering language choices across multiple dimensions of inclusivity.
I collaborated with other writers to interview accessibility experts, Gojek customers, drivers, and merchants to validate our approach. The resulting guidelines address terminology preferences across disability, gender, culture and religion, race and nationality, and socioeconomic status.
While serving as an internal resource, these guidelines were in the process of localization for future public release, demonstrating Gojek's commitment to inclusive design principles.
